In a fast paced working environment, inability to communicate in the right style can lead to frustration, burnout and loss in work productivity. Assertive communication is being direct, yet respectful. Being assertive gives you the best chance of successfully delivering your message, with ease and professionalism. If you communicate in a way that’s too passive or too aggressive, your message may get lost because people are too busy reacting to your delivery.

Skillsbucket’s one day Assertive Communication program is an experiential program to change the way you communicate, to yield positive results without affecting the interpersonal relationships. We create real life simulations through case studies, role plays and activities to engage the audience and change their communication style.
