The leader may be proficient and knowledgeable, but if the team dynamics are unbalanced, it can affect the growth of the organization. Mindful leadership means being empathetic, receptive, supportive and intentionally respectful of the team members.

The 1 day ‘Mindful Leadership through Emotional Intelligence’ program helps being aware about emotions of self and also others while managing them at both the levels.
